At DraftKings Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the apparel is in unworn, unwashed condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
